Ano novo, vida nova. Então, para fechar a tampa de 2006, trocar o calendário e começar a ouvir discos novos (já estão na Web os novos do Bloc Party, LCD Soundsytem, e a estréia da banda The Good, The Bad, The Queen - que junta Damon ‘Blur’ Albarn , Paul ‘ Clash’ Simonon, Simon ‘Verve’ Tong e o baterista Tony Allen), nada melhor encerrar o ano que passou com a lista do que melhor rolou no ano.

Como apenas uma lista pode não retratar o ano com total clareza, nada melhor que juntar dez listas Top Ten das principais publicações do mundo: Billboard, The Guardian, Metacritic, Mojo, NME, Observer, Pitchfork Media, Rolling Stone, Spin e Uncut. Além das listas nacional/internacional desta coluna. É só bater o olho nestas dez listas (onze com a desta colunista) e ver os principais destaques. Por exemplo: “Modern Times”, de Bob Dylan, aparece em oito das onze listas, sendo primeiro em três. “Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not”, do Arctic Monkeys, também aparece em oito listas, mas “só” no topo de duas.    Valeu por fazer o trabalho para nós agrupando as listas, he he. Todas parecem coerentes entre si: TV On The Radio, Bob Dylan, Arctic Monkeys, Joanna Newsom, Gnarls Barkley, Springsteen…dominaram.

   Só ainda nao ouvi esta Joanna…da harpa, rs. Hype? Ai ai…

   E qual será o primeiro grande lançamento de 2007?
